REGISTRATION

Registration for the conference has been extended until July 31st.

* Early-bird registration fee, up to June 17th, 2024: 740 PLN (approx. €120 + €50 EAM membership fee)

* Standard registration fee, June 18th to July 31st, 2024: 870 PLN (approx. €150 + €50 EAM membership fee)

* Additional fee for the Banquet Participants: 260 PLN (approx. €60; a maximum of 120 participants, registration on a first-come, first-served basis).

HOUSING

Housing for the duration of the conference will be provided at, but not limited to, the following hotels. Each Participant is responsible for their own reservation at the hotel. Hotel reception should be contacted directly and individually by email or phone. Participants should type "Avant-Garde and War" in the email subject line to ensure room availability. Please note that the number of rooms is limited and will be booked on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Hotels offering regular prices are not listed below and can be easily found with the help of one of the popular applications or web platforms.

1. Aparthotel W Sercu Krakowa*** offers 23 rooms including:

    - double rooms with twin beds for 450 PLN per night,
    - single rooms for 400 PLN per night.

2. Hotel Ibis Centrum*** offers 40 rooms including:

    - double rooms with twin beds for 350 PLN per night,
    - single rooms for 320 PLN per night.

3. Hotel Żaczek** offers:

    - 4 double rooms with twin beds for 160 PLN per night between September 16th and 20th,
    - 3 single rooms between September 16th and 19th for 120 PLN per night.

4. Hotel Nawojka** offers 30 rooms between September 16th and 20th (rooms are not supplied with TV or fridge):

    - Prices: 120 PLN for a double room, or 90 PLN for a single room.

5. Hotel Bydgoska** offers 20 rooms between September 16th and 20th (rooms may not be supplied with TV or fridge):

    - Prices: 120 PLN for a double room, or 90 PLN for a single room.

Rooms are available for reservation until July 31st.
